Vehicles we CANNOT wash:

  • Vehicles at a height greater than 86˝ (7′ 2″)
  • Vehicles wider than 70˝ (5′ 10″) from inside driver tire to outside passenger tire
  • Trucks with uncovered beds that are not completely empty and free of any kind of debris
  • Trucks with dual rear tires
  • Vehicles with permanently affixed, tripod-style mirrors
  • Hummers (H1)
  • Trucks/vans with ladders
  • Vehicles with large ladder racks
  • Vehicles that sit 4˝ or lower to the ground
  • Vehicles with tires wider than 13˝
  • Vehicles with bike racks or any rear-mounted rack
  • Vehicles with excessive mud
  • Vehicles with flaking rust or perforated body panels
  • Vehicles with brush guards that extend to the headlights

If you have any of the following, we cannot be responsible for damage that might occur and caution against going through our car wash:

  • Parts of the vehicle that are loose, rusted, cracked or previously damaged
  • Previously chipped or cracked paint
  • Non-factory parts or modifications
  • Power antennas
  • Spare tire covers
  • Ski racks
  • Dodge, Ford, and GM full-size truck antennas/fenders
  • Toyota Antennas
  • Vehicles 20 years or older

Yes. This can be found on the fast pass affixed to the windshield and/or door jamb of your vehicle. If for any reason you do not have access to your fast-pass number, you can visit us in person or call us at 440-884-4848.

Please visit us in person to update your vehicle description and receive a fast-pass tag for your new vehicle.

Your membership will remain active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your vehicle during this time.

No. Your membership remains active until your next billing date. To avoid being charged for an unwanted month, customers should cancel at least 3 days before their next billing date.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time by visiting us in person or calling 440-884-4848. Plan changes take place immediately. Changes in pricing will be prorated.
